Greg Brown
Greg's musical fascination begun at the age of nine, taking piano lesson and later drum lessons. He holds a B.A.in Music performance from California State University of Dominguez Hills. His thirty years of teaching experience includes, Hamilton High School, The Inglewood School District and the William Grant Stills Performing art Center. Education has been a big factor in Greg's life. He firmly believes in giving back to the community and helping students succeed.
He enjoys teaching many musical styles such as, Jazz, Rock, Symphonic and Marching Band. This includes melodic percussion instruments as well, such as, bells, xylophone, marimba and timpani.
Greg has also worked with notable legends such as Whitney Houston, Grover Washington, Suzanne Somers. His seasoned experience gives students a direct path to their musical goals, while unlocking a musical door of empowerment.

James Gover
James is an instructor with over 20 years experience. He teaches guitar, bass,ukulele, mandolin, and music fundamentals. James has worked alongside and toured with many major artists in genre of Rock, Blues, Jazz, Heavy Metal, and other styles. James started his first musical band at the age of 12 in Culver City California. He started playing guitar at the age of 7 his Father a musician and his Mother a dancer he comes from a very well-rounded musical family. James is not only a musician and instructor he’s also an active luthier and makes custom guitars. In 1990 James started his career in television and music, he attended Santa Monica College where he studied classical and flamenco guitar. He also attended West Los Angeles College where he studied music, music appreciation and the history of world music.

Carlos Martinez Zepeda
Carlos is a music composer and instructor. He attended Antelope Valley College where he performed on piano in their 85th anniversary private concert in 2014 and went on to graduate with honors in 2018. Carlos later attended Cal State Long Beach where he wrote music for two senior animation films titled ‘Connie’ & ‘Mythos of Stratus’ and for CSULB’s New Music Ensemble in 2020 and 2021. His teaching journey began during his last semester of undergrad at CSULB, where he got his B.M. in Music Composition in January of 2022. Raised in a non-musical family, he recognizes the value music offers everyone and aims to enthuse keen appreciation from his students. His goal as a music performance educator is to tailor to students with different musical backgrounds and allow them to excel on their instrument.
